Honestly, I dunno what to write anymore, thank you. AHA, THANK YOU! And I won’t EVER stop overreacting like this, because this is me, and yeah. So cheesy but meh.

Well, thank you again, I dunno, I can’t freaking calm down but THANK YOU!

It’s Septembah! I know I’ve never given a month existence on my blog (You idiot-Why would you do that, Srisha?!) But I dunno why I just decided to do it! Yesterday was my best-friend’s birthday and so I taked to her during my classes since we have different timings and I left MATH ALGEBRA just to talk to her, I know how brave of me.(that’s because I love Algebra in Math) But then I couldn’t multitask and she had to leave. What am I writing?! I love ya, hun! Even though, she can’t read this, I still love you.

We’re gonna talk about EXERCISING, YAY! I know, I know, even if this state, this pandemic, we gotta stay in our houses, which means I can’t play tennis or ping pong outside or you can’t play whatever sport you play outside, but we can SURELY take a little slot in our time and exercise at HoMe. Yes! I’m gonna be sharing you some of the exercises I do which proceed to make me look like a dying whale while I’m doing it.

Do 1 minute for each one of them and record how many you can do in a minute.

  • Burpees (Oh my god, I’m dying, auto-correct tried to correct burpee to Slurpee.🤣)
  • Squat jumps
  • Star jumps
  • Step ups
  • Plank jacks
  • Frog jumps
  • Plank
  • Wall sit
  • Push up

I did these today and when I finished, I stopped being a dying whale..seriously what is with this dying whale thing?!, I saw CHANGESSSS OOOOOO, I sweated a lot, since the only exercises I did the past month was…*sigh* cycling and some calf raises. So anyway, I sweated a lot, and boi was I happy to see it. That’s because the toxins in us, they get out during sweating, this is good because then your body is cleansed.

TOXINS GET THE HECK OUT OF YOUR BODY.

HELP YOU CONTROL YOUR WEIGHT.

Now, lots of people do this to lose weight or control their weight so they can be happy with their body type/shape. If you really want to do this, exercising helps a lot. A lot! Me and my friend did jazz classes before and that was a great way of exercising, dancing, jogging, whatever! Just make sure to be pumped up and smile.

REDUCE YOUR RISK OF HEART DISEASES.

Exercising reduces the risk of you getting heart diseases. Not completely but it is reduced.

IMPROVE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AND MOOD.

Ah, yes, my favorite! Exercising improves your mental health and mood a lot. You stay happy and chill which is a good thing, because it makes you feel good and the others feel good as well because of your blooming aura. You don’t stress a lot as well. Your mental health will also go: “Ayo, you’ve been keeping me very stable and happy, great job, bro.”

HELP KEEP YOUR THINKING, LEARNING, AND JUDGEMENT SKILLZ SHARP AS YOU AGE.

Your thinking becomes very fresh and positive, you think good things and become more optimistic than you already are. For example, you sprout with great ideas, your learning becomes sharp and judgement skillz as well. Judgmental skills: Formulates solutions, recommendations/decisions on the best course of action.
